we don't recommend using hybrids
axiom is intended to be used on fabric
you can experiment with sinytra connector before purchasing anything but generally forge and especially hybrids are unsupported

I have a second question: when you say that an IP is IP+port or just IP? Because I have several personal build servers under the same IP but not the same port.

you can enter the ip withou the port and the license will work for your entire network

And we agree that this is the only way to have Axiom on a server, even if it's a private server? You have to get the license that costs $25 per month.

No, if it's a non-commercial server you can get a free whitelist instead.
If you're making money but there's only one person building, then you can also get the $8 license instead
