Description
When BetterNether or BetterEnd is installed, most of the painter tools under the editor mode will immediately crash upon being selected.
Expectation
Editor mode to function normally, not crashing at least.

Reproduction
- Install BetterEnd/BetterNethers requirements (Wunderlib, worldweaver, bclib).
- Install BetterEnd/BetterNether (Doesn't matter which)
- Start new creative world
- Hit right shift to get into editor mode
- Select a painter mode of any kind
