if it's a fabric server just put the same mods you have on the client

The Paper Plugin can be downloaded on the Axiom Paper Plugin Modrinth Page.
Ensure that you have the right version of the plugin to match with the protocol version of the mod (Mentioned in the changelog). Preferably you should always be on the latest versions.
