(Not undoing in the Video, just snaps back on its own; Server TPS is good and my Ping as well)

Same issue occurrs for other Players on the Server as well; it's a Fabric Server, and there are no Errors in the Log

are you using permission mods?

Sorry, I don't see messages unless I'm pinged; But no, I wasn't using any Permission Mods nor was I on Lunar Client, I was playing Simply Optimized
I don't think I have the logs anymore, but there were no messages from Axiom either way
