As far as I can tell the server doesn't have a license. Other people can use it only because of the 30 day automatic whitelist

I've provided you (b4f2ce02-5322-4f75-b1b9-d6bb10441861) with a whitelist so you should be able to use it if you relog

But you should ask the owner to contact me so that the license can be set up, they might have put it on the wrong IP or something
