The Minecraft version is 1.21.1
I used the launcher to install Axiom by itself and ran it to confirm it loaded. Then I used the launcher to install The Aether mod (so that modrinth would install its corresponding dependencies) and ran it again. It did not generate a crash report in the .minecraft, but the text file contains the output of the "Logs" section via the modrinth launcher. I also ran the game with just the axiom mod disabled, and was brought to the title screen with no issue.
If more information is needed please let me know. I have limited experience with reporting issues but will do my best.
