I want to re-ask this question because now I am starting to get confused after reading all of the different things on this discord.

I am wanting clarification on the following thing: "Monetized servers using builds made with Axiom, including those in development, not yet profitable or not released to the public". I own a server. The server itself does not make any money. Nobody pays to be on it, there is no store linked to it, I do not get donations for people to be on it. I however use this server to build on. I then sell those builds schematics on patreon.

So as I am not actually monetizing the server itself would it then be under the "Monthly 1 seat" user agreement?

Its not a monetised server

But you are selling the builds, which is still commercial use for another reason

I'm not sure what you mean with the last question, even if it was a monetised server you could still get the seat license

The seat is for 1 person whereas the IP license is for an unlimited number of players on the same server

yes but 1 seat is different to the server licence. I would be paying for 2 accounts. One is mine, another my friends which is $16USD a month rather then $24.99 a month

Yeah if there's less than 3 people no reason to get the server license
