In the previous days I could use it without problems, but starting from yesterday, I can't use the axiom on Builder's Refuge server, when using any tool I always gets kicked.

The server might have been updated yeah

The error seems to indicate that Axiom was updated without updating ViaVersion

Or maybe ViaVersion was updated without updating Axiom

Sorry if this is not related but last question, that means I need to delete all mods or the another option is to update all mods to version 1.20.4 too?

If you're using a launcher like Modrinth or Prism they have autoupdate options

#

But if you're just dragging mods into your mods folder than there isn't an option to update all of them
