I have seen how a youtuber used the Axiom mod to modify the scale of some blocks and items in the game.
If I do the same by using Axiom 1.21, and then let my friend(they do not have Axiom) to download the world. Will the modfications made by me be kept, or must my friend download the mod?

So even this telescope construction for example, will be shown to a player that does not have the Axiom mod, or even the Fabric API?
