#Flying speed stuck at 58%

Environment: (1.20.1)
Mode: (Builder Mode)

Description: ✏️
When I try to change the flying speed, the meter keeps on putting me back on the same speed

What I expected to happen was...: 🤔
The flying speed to increase or decrease

What actually happened was...: 😲
it stayed at 58%

Steps to Reproduce: 👣
open the tab with all the configurations, click the speed up or down. (minus and plus have the same effect).

Can you recreate the bug? (Yes)

and i have checked tweakeroo and that is disabled
still the same problem
