Can't place a block at a specific position after using the move tool

I created a structure, moved it using the move tool, after the move a piston didn't get copied. When I tried to put back the missing piston, I couldn't (act as-if a block were already present in the spot), same with a normal block, barrier block, etc. MC 1.20.4 Axion 2.6.0
