@waxen urchin uploaded a log, I tried to install axiom on minecraft java 1.20.1 under archlinux. I tried it with and without Sodium. Having seen the instructions for MacOS, I also tried to install imgui-java, simply copying the library to /lib/lvm/java-20-openjdk/lib (I also tried 17 java), but nothing worked.
There's also crash report.

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM, version 20.0.2
Fabric 0.14.23 on 1.20.1

Possible Solutions:

Update Fabric from 0.14.23 to 0.14.22

Recommendations:

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.

In accordance with Mojang's Usage Guidelines, Axiom does not support illegally pirated copies of Minecraft
