Hey everyone! This is my first port for PortMaster, so feedback and suggestions for improvement are very welcome. Any comments are appreciated!

About the game:
The Impossible Game is a brutally challenging rhythm-based platformer where you control a square navigating a course of obstacles. One wrong move and you start from the very beginning. With pulse-pounding music, pixel-perfect timing, it's simple to learn but nearly impossible to master.

About the port:
This port uses box86 and gl4es to run the original Linux x86 32-bit binary from Steam. It includes minimal Steam and GTK stubs to avoid external dependencies.

Requirements:

Installation Instructions:

  1. Install the port
  2. Download the game files from Steam:
    • Open the Steam console: steam://open/console
    • Run: download_depot 251630 251632
    • Copy the contents of the downloaded folder to ports/theimpossiblegame/gamedata/
  3. Make sure the executable ImpossibleGame is present at ports/theimpossiblegame/gamedata/ImpossibleGame
  4. Ready to play!

Credits:

  • To Grip Games and Fluke Games for creating this iconic game
  • To the creators of box86 and gl4es for the tools that made this port possible

The super-addictive and very, very hard platform game finally arrives on Steam - it's quite possibly the world's hardest game!

With just one button, guide your orange square over spikes and jump onto blocks to get to the end of the level. Sounds easy? Any mistake results in instant death, sending you back to the beginning of the level. With a…

Hmm... weird, I have Rocknix on a 35xxsp and the controls work flawlessly.
Let me change the GPTOKEYB mode and check if that's the problem.

This new version should fix both problems: the libgobject library in AmberELEC and the buggy controls.
Can you help me test it? @paper egret please.
