download the port from github https://github.com/RegularCharacter07/PortMaster-UndertaleGreen, download the fangame from gamejolt https://gamejolt.com/games/undertalegreen/161268 and unzip the exe with 7zip (or alternatives like nanazip) to the utgreen/assets folder

I've been trying to get Undertale Red & Yellow to work but it has some issues. There's a growing trend of expanding the universe by filling in the gaps with prequels.

According to their update blog they're rewriting things a bit post-Yellow.
