New Port: Magnibox

Magnibox is a colourful and challenging puzzle game about a magnet that's also a box. Hand-crafted for your brain to enjoy!

Instructions:
Download download windows version from either the version from steam or itch.io:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/999410/Magnibox/
https://josephgribbin.itch.io/magnibox
and place the data.win into /ports/magnibox/gamedata
On first startup, the game will patch the data.win

Controls:
D-pad/L-stick/R-stick = Movement
A = Magnet / Select
X = Undo
Y = Reset
Start/Select = Menu

(X) [Higher Res]

(X) JELOS

I like it, good difficulty curve and it works well on a small screen

Okay, this is weird. ArkOS (wummle), 351P. I put the data.win (itch version) file in the gamedata folder.
I put the .sh and the magnibox folder in the ports folder of my SD card.
I start the game. It kicks me right back into ES.
I put the SD card into my PC to look at the log, but the magnibox folder is empty. Happened twice now.

Maybe failing card? There should be nothing that deleted portfiles

just double checked, only rm is for
rm gamedata/data.win
specifically, nothing with rm -Rf or moves

can you do ssh instead of removing the card to check while on the device instead>

added a few ls -althrR $GAMEDIR to see the direcotry contents between different stages and a dmesg | tail -n 20 at the end to get the last few kernel messages

should hopefully give you a magnibox-debug-log.txt in your ports directory

Okay, so after the third attempt the files were still there and this was the log (with the old .sh)

great to hear! and for sure on the games from this bundle, just for puzzle games I have Dark Sheep running, Inner Tao on my list to look at, LOVE2 is already on here. Also Golf Peaks is in there (but that's Unity)
