You can download Pyk for free at: https://rafalkowalski.itch.io/pyk. Download the Pyk_1.0.zip (Windows) version and extract it, and place the pyk.pck file in the gamedata directory.

UPDATE 01: posted initial port; marked off on consumerism list
UPDATE 02: added particles patch (to final port)

Works ok on both 353VS / OGA, it sometimes stutters when you are being shot at etc. Still playable. Both Arkos

Tested the first 10 levels on a RGB30 using JELOS, works perfectly fine. As @tribal bramble said, it drops a few frames when you are being shot. Other than that, fully playable.

i've removed the stuttery explosion effects
if this is better, i'll add a patch

on my RGB30 (JELOS) it only seems to stutter the first time you pick up a key/die after you boot the game, after that it's fine. this seems to be the engine. it's already preloaded in the code, even tried instanciating it at the beginning of the level, seems the same. thanks godot I guess (might be better in newer versions)
I would leave it in if that's the same for RG351

I just noticed an FPS counter in the lower left corner. Can that be disabled?
