I tried the bot at the function " Documents to text" but I waited so long to get the result. That's one of the drawback

Some ideas to improve the bot

  • Integration Potential: Explore integration with popular cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) for seamless file upload and download.

  • Show process: It just appears how long I should wait but doesn't show how the process is. And users can't know when they will get the result

  • Accuracy and Quality: Transparency regarding accuracy levels for different conversion tasks (e.g., speech-to-text, image-to-text) would manage user expectations.

  • Language Support: Specify the languages the bot supports for translation and speech-to-text conversion. I tried in the picture is Vietnamese but don't know the bot can translate to or not
