MBTI (Know Yourself)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report personality assessment that categorizes individuals into 16 distinct types based on their preferences across four dichotomies: extraversion vs. introversion, sensing vs. intuition, thinking vs. feeling, and judging vs. perceiving. Developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers, the MBTI aims to identify psychological preferences that can provide insights into how people perceive the world and make decisions.
