#Deluxe Edition: Did not receive skies of azoria DLC

I would be happy to proved my purchase receipt with transaction number, I did try to contact support directly from steam and this is the answer steam gave me (see picture bellow). As I thought, the latest DLC was included if you bought the Deluxe bundle edition (which I did) I did receive the first coasts of croakia DLC but I did not receive Skies of azoria DLC and its requiring me to buy it despite owning the Deluxe edition of the game which was 60$.

I have tried clicking on the link provided by steam to directly contact Fae Farm dev support but the inly option its giving me is to request a refund but thats not what im trying to do here.

Im not sure what to do now

If you enter the menu in the game there should be a gold button in the bottom left. It may be that you need to download it there

#

Also make sure you have current updates on steam!
