decorating items?

So I have this, but can’t put it on my wall. I’ve looked in customisation to see if it’s there but no, also have this problem with the bag hook? What do I do with these items exactly please?

I haven't done this one, but I have done the bag hook. You have to walk up to the back wall in edit mode. It'll then display a few wall panels that you can then interact with to attach wall pieces.

Note, if you have furniture up against the back wall, then you'll get the prompts to move the furniture, but not the wall prompts.
