Harvest Frost Thistle for 'So Long Snow Squall'?

Hi, umm idk if im blind.. but I'm having trouble looking for the Frost Thistle to harvest. I looked in my inventory and kept going back to Grell but idk how to do it. Apparently he gave me some? But i dont see it. I need tips please!

Also, I'm suppose to craft something using Mountain Critter Conservatory which i dont know how to craft either because i dont see it.

Grell showed you where to find the thistle (its the grass stuff in winter area, you got to get it yourself)

Im not sure about the other thing, hopefully someone else can answer that one
