I’ve chatted with the male romance options a couple times and now the status is “Flirting”.

Same! Makes me a little uncomfortable to be flirting with every character at the same time 😅

Yeah I really dislike that it progresses from "strangers" directly to "flirting"

I really feel like the romance is quite forced in this game, obviously you can just ignore the quests but it seems to prominent and almost kinda annoying

I avoid the NPC romance characters because I’m afraid of I talk to them just a couple of times we are gonna end up in love. 😆 We need a little challenge in the relationships. These NPCs are too easy. 🫢

Agree. Could we maybe consciously choose to progress to flirting or relationship mode with a character rather than it being forced? It's kind of awkward.

I agree I think it should go from strangers to friends and at that point we can choose to keep it there or progress

A bit like in SV you can date them or keep as friends unless you’re like me where all the dateables in SV are my partner 😂
