I support Nuclear but only because it's essentially summoning an eldritch horror to make tea and coffee.
We refine obscure minerals for the most unstable unstable matter and arrange it in arcane geometries to balance unseen forces, heating water to turn it into steam that is converted into contained lightning, which is sent across the land in a great gridwork of power, and finally into my kitchen where I blearily watch the lightning heat a glowing ring, and in turn the water I pour over crushed beans brought from a foreign land in order to make a muddy mind-altering potion.
When the unstable matter has served its time in the core of the reactor we must then entomb it beneath mountains of granite and post warnings for a hundred generations hence that must never be misinterpreted lest all the land be made sick or sterile by the hubris of men seeking ancient weapons.
