What game is this for?

Okay. Locate the ‘sound’ folder in Garrysmod:garrysmod and just place the wav in there. If there is not sound folder just make one. Name it ‘sound’ (no caps)

Then restart gmod and hammer

does the normal hammer show it

gmod's normal hammer not hammer++

check in gmod hammer if it's in there then it could be a H++ issue and you could ask fiscol who made H++ why its like that

Custom wavs defiently do work in Hammer++ for me too. Maybe you're on an outdated vesrion?
