#Is there a way to use Workshop-Tools without CS2 running in the background?

I'm running on old hardware (replacement will take a while) and I would like to avoid giving my Laptop a heatstroke. Running CS2 in the background in that case seems unnecessary but all tools close when exiting the game.

and running cs2 in the background wont use up much resources
