you need vmf files doing a google search will help you find i found the episode ones easy https://hl2-beta.ru/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=63;language=english if you can't find them you will need a program like BSPsrc to decompile the bsp, but you won't get a good decompile and if you try compiling them they will give errors decompiling is only to be used for reference and learning how things are done unless you spend a lot of time fixing the errors
