you really dont need them, unless you expect people to play your map on 30 year old hardware
if you really want them, you can decompile the model with crowbar and then recompile it, and crowbar should build some dx80 files for you
Ye but I want them to be in dx9
the dx90 files can just be renamed to dx80 afaik, but don't quote me on that; there're scripts that do such
But hammer++ is searching for dx80 files and it's not finding it
those files have nothing to do with textures
just ignore what h++ is saying
