Hey

Does anyone know how to fix this?

#

That's correct

#

It's a modified texture

#

The settings are the exact same as the original

candid matrix
#

did you try lining the image up by face instead of world

inland rose
#

Neither, all that was done was a material replacement

#

can we see your normal map for the new material?

#

well

#

before that

#

did you modify the normal map?

rigid meadow
#

honestly confused about the nature of this, can you try compiling the affected areas without the intersecting rock props and cement slab

#

might help us narrow down a little

#

Can do

i think you need to reline them up, since the original material might have been bigger, and now that you replaced it, its not lined up.

candid matrix
#

oh wait i see it now.

#

i only noticed the fact that the faces arent lined up

#

not the lighting

You know what, I think I've found the problem

#

There was a material intersecting underneath the displacement

#

The fix

🤔

candid matrix
#

why is the texture missing

#

I'm curious why there's a giant nodraw brush hugging the displacement

#

is it meant to behave like clip?

candid matrix
#

dont think so, you use clip brushes not nodraw.
