#env_soundscape playing outside of radius

Trying to create an interior soundscape using the assault.powerline sound effect. As intended, the noise only starts to play when I enter the radius of the soundscape, but then it continues indefinitely after I leave. Idk what I'm doing wrong but I need the soundscape to stop once the player leaves the radius.
thats how soundscapes work
they only start soundscapes, if you walk into a new trigger then a new soundscape will play
the only way to get silence is to create another soundscape that has nothing in it and have the player hit that when they leave
