#BSP (?) adding weird non-solid face and ignoring soundscape entity

I think it might be related to the areaportal? There's no leak.
Moving the areaportal fixed the weird face from appearing, but it's still changing texture details arbitrarily
I don't have a great answer for how this happened or how it was causing the issue, but a piece had apparently been extruded by around .004 units
