make sure tl is in , only enable the other <tl> when doing scaling for 3d skybox and disable it when finished doing 3d skybox

if you need to cut a overlays turn off tl(not texture scaling lock), and change shapes of overllay. for escape a overlay artifacts. just a lifehack.
