The maptools bar has been hidden, while I was editing a map, I accidentally moved the bar above hammer and now I can't bring it back.
I tried to use the Screen Elements but even with that I can not bring it back

hmm you may just need to delete one of the settings file in the hammerplusplus folder
and that should reset it

so i assume one of the bar state is on a very bad offset

you can close hammer++
backup the file (rename it)
restart hammer++
that should recreate it
and probably fix
close hammer++ again
and you can use the backup to paste at least the main settings
all the General stuff

[General]
up to
[RecentFile] included
