#Can sprites be named?

I've got a basic setup with a func_breakable to turnoff a light, but when I name the sprite that goes with the light it doesn't appear ingame.
Is there a workaround to use sprites with logic like this?
The input for sprites to go on and off is ShowSprite and HideSprite
