I was uploading a mod to the Left 4 Dead 2 workshop when I encountered this error in Crowbar: ERROR: Unable to publish workshop item. Steam error message: ERROR: k_EResultFail.
I also tried the Authoring Tools, but it only gave me an error that said "File failed to upload, Error 2."
Is there any resolution to resolve it, or should I wait it out so the servers are working again?

the errors are cryptic and could literally be about anything, me personally I've had uploading issues for almost a year (my whole steam cloud was fucked) and deleting some file in my computer fixed it.
what I would try first is try uploading something different or waiting, then try to determine from there
it could be the filesize of your mod or some file in the mod that the uploader doesn't like
also the creator of Crowbar, ZeqMacaw is in the Dead4Mods discord server and is active sometimes
