It's leaking because you don't have it sealed.

func_detail doesn't seal

by default, when you press ctrl + t it creates a func_detail

The elevator beams are func_detail

Fix? Just gotta add more world brushes to fill the holes

or whatever texture you want (as long as it's not see through like glass or something)

but yes, more nodraw is reccomended
