I opened up some spellemental kirin hoard packs as I wanted the four bells ringing wand for stitching to my storm wizard (which is shown to have a purple glow vs. the other two wands in the pack with an orange glow). I received the correct wand by name, but for some reason it is orange. Every source shows this specific wand to have the purple glow, and the four bells ringing holiday exclusive wand is also purple. I emailed about KI support almost a month ago and they said there's nothing they further they can do. They told me to post about it in the bugs section on discord.
