This is like my 6th time coming into this dungeon, dealing with this wannabe cosplay zebra not summoning Zanga Zebu after his dialogue. Please fix this soon... Sick of having to come in here solo for this work every time...

i dont think this is a bug? its a one-time fight, so he's gonna not show up if you have someone who already beat it with you

ok not the quest i thought it was. seems to be an issue with progressing dialogue too quickly. fixed in 590.1
