Xbox reward system, the badges don't work, for example Hero of the Unicorn Path, Protector of the City of Wizards.

Are you possibly not a native English speaker and are playing the game in a language other than English?

If so, try changing your language to English temporarily. I believe this may be an issue that was resolved on PS4 recently, but the fix is still pending on Xbox.
