When joining a team-up through the kiosk, there is a chance that the loading screen takes too long and possibly give you an error that will likely leave your wiz game unresponsive unless you alt-f4. When this happens and you relog back into the game, it penalizes you with the 10 minute team-up cooldown even if it was beyond your control, with no recall to join back into the team-up.
I know this is yet another mention about load times, but this can be for future occurrences as well.

ya this happened to me but I wasn't at the kiosk I was outside of the boss, when the timer hit zero I got stuck on the loading screen for idk how long and had to close out and when I logged back in I got hit with the timer (I was about to finish a world it made me crash out)
