Welcome to the bug forum: here you can bring awareness to bugs, discuss workarounds, and seek updates on common issues. Before submitting a report, please use the search feature as bugs sometimes have workarounds or requests for information.

The first step for reporting a new bug is to contact our Support team, who can escalate to QA if necessary. While logged in to the website, visit Wizard101.com/support to reach the Customer Portal.

Searching for Bugs

Please try variations of ways to describe the bug you've encountered.

For example, if a certain spell always Misses, search for the name of the spell, but also the way it doesn't work e.g. "always Misses" as it may be an issue with other spells, too.

Reporting Bugs

Title: Briefly summarize the problem

example: "Can't click on spell card 'Feint' in Polaris"

Description: Clearly explain the problem and what you were doing when it happened

example: "Whenever I duel a creature in Polaris, clicking on the 'Feint' card uses my turn... but my wizard doesn't do anything, like my turn was skipped. Outside of Polaris, it works just fine."

Tags: Try and pick the most relevant tag or two for your issue
