Hmm. Wouldn't it be nice for us as a community to be able to talk about such changes, ideas and propositions publicly so we can discus about them and express our opinions or improvements on them? We could make a channel for it called something like, #discord-feedback. Hmmm...

lots of people are adverse to change but the changes don't feel that different. channels may have been moved around but they still exist in one form or another. it is a neater layout but i do agree with adding an archive role so people who want to view the contents of the old channels can

I don’t think it’s really that big of an issue, and is actually pretty good for the server. I think a lot of adverse reactions are just the result of the fandom really not liking change allat much, however, this discord was the replacement for the forums, and having it organized, and also utilizing the forum channels, is a really nice touch.
