love this and i definitely agree that spells need a face lift, we're looking at them so much.. they should look pretty.
i think each school spell should have different engravings like how when you enchant a spell it shines and theres those engravings. the text part of the spell should have those markings of the school's insignia
also i think the actual shape of the cards could be less rectangle with perfect edges and more raw like torn edges etc. maybe even different for each school, like fires is a bit charred etc
