The -40% Storm Accuracy Charm on Handsome Fomori Path B is incredibly useless and is only situational when fighting Storm mobs, but even then if it's a boss creature you'd be better off using a stronger single target spell like Colossus for example, sure Handsome Fomori Path B could have potential when setting up for Iceburn Jinn but that's all I have to say. My suggestion for the new utility is two -55% Chromatic Shields.
