isnt a bug, it will only unlock on one pet but once you hatch that pet that doesnt have it unlocked into YOUR own unlocked one itll will be unlocked going forward (or vise versa, locked one into YOUR own unlocked one it will be unlocked on the offspring)

as long as you own the talent unlocked you can use that and hatch into any other pool to transfer the unlocked status
