#all 7 schools of magic

How would they keep track if you can use all schools of magic
And what determines being able to use it or not
And it won't be able to change with later updates so it would have to be set in stone
well for me, i can choose a set and spec into that school's stats and use the spells as if i were actually that school, given archmastery ofc
if im understanding correctly lol
Ok but how does that matter for the badge?
The badge has to have some threshold to determine if you can use that schools spells effectively
ohhh i think im understanding
because badges track progress, then trigger once the conditions are met for the badge reward
What determines the badge requirements
Considering badge requirements can't change, so as more updates come out they'll just become easier to get/inconsistent with what the new 'best' school setup is if its a badge just tracking gear or something (Despite already being not that hard to get very high stats for each school due to the pin system, pets and the upcoming dual-school jewels)
It just doesn't seem like something that badges track at all so far, and would need its own entire system added just to track stats for badges
i see
well we wouldnt want them to spend so much time adding a new system just for this
at first, i thought of there being a repeatable solo fight where you'd need to actually utilize a certain school and either defeat the boss or reach certain damage numbers. thats what came into mind at first but i feel like that would be too easy considering the arsenal we have today?
im not too knowledgable on badges like you guys lol
but that way the assumed badge in question can track what you've done with each school damage
I mean, loremagus already exists as a school that forces you to off-school unless you cheese it but you can do that incredibly easily cuz off-schooling only really needs you to run high damage and pierce
