we need a solution to pick up/target items without reaching them since they can just dissapear without trace and take a slot in housing

Can’t you pick up items from the attic menu?

Yeah, if you go via the attic menu and go to the house tab, you can click “pick up” and it’ll ask “closest to me” or “quantity” iirc
