Bring back crit block animation for enemies

PLease I dont like not seeing it. ik It doesn't really matter but I hate not seeing who I didn’t crit on

Also I thinks its weird how you can crit on one enemie but not the other

Pretty sure enemies still have the crit block effect, you might just not be criting the enemies
