Players should always go first in PvE

Why?

I personally disagree. Removing the possibility of going last would probably have me tired of this game on about a week.
Only so much Blade-Blade-Blade-Aoe I can take.
Going last usually changes up my strategy and without that I think I'd get bored incredibly fast.

Going 2nd has its advantages

going 1st is usually good if its a group. if ur solo, ur still at the mercy of responding to enemy spells every turn as u set up anyway.
