I noticed something odd about the crafted level 170 rings. There is less damage and no health, only mana. is this intended. why sacrifice the other ring in the crafting recipe is is better than this?

The only thing that might be an oversight is the lack of health, but there have been rings in the past that have no health on them before (in favor of other stats), such as the 4 dungeons level 25 and 40 rings

is not odd to remove health from a support ring then?
Anyway, same I made 2 sets with novus gear, the support and damage. with this one, i dont think I will craft this. or any of the gear.
