As you can see in the picture, I have everything needed to craft but I kept getting an Error each time I clicked upgrade. It took my shards without giving me the deck the first run, and then every run after threw this error. I did successfully upgrade my Wand from 160-170 (Xibalba Xenoform) so unsure if its just the decks or not. Please put the crafter outside so bugs like this arent as frustrating :))
